6 Older kids peeking out from behind a tree
Wheeling Parks and Recreation is offering a STEM Camp this year for ages 5-13.  STEM activities for kids mix elements of science, technology, art, engineering, and math in seamless activities to create the critical thinkers, problem solvers, and innovators of the future.

A STEM activity is similar to science experiments for kids, but instead of just involving science, the activity includes other elements that round-out the study and foster a love of exploration and discovery that children can take with them beyond school into their future careers and lives.  A child interested in STEM topics is a child who will succeed throughout life and have a thirst for knowledge that can't be quenched.

The camp will be held at the Dimmeydale Shelter and runs July 25-28 from 9:00-11:00 am. The cost is $35 per child.

Advanced registration required.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
