|Please note that if “Conflict” comes up, it will be stated in the green box at the top of the screen that the facility is not available and also the date, times, and location will be in red with a line drawn through it on your screen, this means the shelter has already been booked or is not available.
Please submit the request, payment, and signed agreement Payments should be made through your account. If the payment is not made, your request will be removed and you will need to submit another request.
Once all the information and payment is received and your date is approved, an email with your shelter permit will be sent. Your shelter permit must be accessible to be displayed on the day of your event.
